Explore →Why all of this comes from one team
A typical Chennai wedding needs six vendors. Most studios photograph, hand you phone numbers for the rest, and quietly take a commission. On the day, six teams who have never worked together arrive at your mandapam with no shared plan, and you become the project manager for your own wedding.
Everything on this page is our own crew and our own equipment, run out of one office in Saligramam. One quote, one invoice, one production lead, one number to call.
What the bundle actually buys you
Rehearsed timing. Your reception entry is thirty seconds involving four teams — the DJ hits the track, the sparklers fire, the drone is airborne, the cameras are positioned. The sparkler window is about two seconds wide. One cue sheet, one radio channel, one four-minute rehearsal before doors open. Six separate vendors improvise it.
Decor designed against a camera plan. Backdrop colours that do not throw onto skin, front light on the couple rather than only on the backdrop, and an LED wall whose brightness drops during stage photography. Obvious, and almost never done, because the person choosing the backdrop has never edited a photograph taken in front of it.
One colour grade. Photographs and film graded by the same person to the same look. Two studios give you two visibly different weddings from the same day.
One team, answerable for all of it. One van instead of six, one site recce instead of six, one crew call, and nobody paying a coordination margin to anybody. The saving is structural rather than a discount. Full arithmetic here, including when you should not bundle.
Indicative prices
| Service | What it covers |
|---|---|
| DJ & sound | Line-array sound sized to your hall, dance-floor lighting, microphones and a dedicated audio feed to the video team |
| Photo fridge magnet booth | Guests photographed and handed a laminated, personalised fridge magnet in about forty seconds |
| Drone coverage | Licensed operators, airspace permissions checked before we quote, aerials that earn their place in the film |
| LED wall & VFX | Live ceremony feed so the back of the hall can see, entry VFX and same-day edits |
| Stage decoration | Mandap, stage and entrance designed against the camera plan so the decor photographs well |
| Cold sparkler | Indoor-safe cold pyro, cued on one channel with the DJ and camera teams |
| 360 cam booth | Slow-motion 360° video sent to each guest on WhatsApp before they leave the hall |
Photography and film packages are quoted from your function list and crew requirements. What sits inside each tier is on the pricing page.
What we do not do
Catering, makeup, mehendi artists, priests, invitations and guest hospitality. Separate disciplines with their own supply chains, and we would be worse at them than specialists. We recommend people and take nothing for the recommendation — a studio being paid for referrals is not choosing on quality.
How to check we are not a broker
Fair question to ask anyone marketing full event production, including us. Three tests: are the DJ and LED crews on the payroll or freelance, is the equipment owned or rented, and can they show you one wedding where their own team did all of it. A broker answers with "trusted partners" and shows you separate weddings.
Send your date, venue and function list on WhatsApp and we will come back the same day with what we would take on and what we would not.
Do you really do all of this in-house, or do you sub-contract?
In-house: photography, film, drone, DJ and sound, LED wall, stage decoration, cold sparklers, the 360 booth and the photo fridge magnet booth are our own team and our own equipment. Ask us the standard test questions — are the crews on payroll, is the equipment owned, and can we show you one wedding where our own team did all of it. We can.
What changes when one team delivers everything?
Accountability. One van instead of six, one site recce, one crew call, and nobody marking up another vendor's work. When the entry cue, the decor lighting and the colour grade are planned by people who sit in the same room, the day looks like one thing rather than six.
Can we book only one or two services without photography?
Yes, every service is available standalone across Chennai and Tamil Nadu at the standalone rates shown above. Around eight in ten of those bookings still come from couples who have us on photography, mainly because one team who has already seen the venue is simpler than briefing a stranger.
What do you not offer?
Catering, makeup, mehendi artists, priests, invitations and guest hospitality. Those are separate disciplines with their own supply chains and specialists will do them better. We will recommend people and we take no commission for it.
Which services benefit most from being booked together?
Anything that shares a timing cue or a visual look — photography, film, drone, lighting, effects and booths. Those are the ones where separate vendors quietly cost you shots. Catering and makeup gain nothing from being bundled and should be hired on their own merits.
Do you cover event production outside Chennai?
Yes, across all 38 Tamil Nadu districts. Outstation bookings carry a visible travel and accommodation line quoted before you pay any advance rather than folded into the package price.
