A destination wedding asks more of a photographer than a local one: unfamiliar venues, weather you cannot control, guests arriving over several days, and no chance to pop back to the studio for a spare lens. We plan destination weddings the same way we plan pre-dawn muhurthams — with a recce, a written schedule built around the light, and spare equipment travelling with the crew.
Most destination weddings are also multi-day celebrations, which is where one team for photography, film, decor, sound and event management helps most. One cue sheet, one colour grade across stills and film, and one team accountable for every function, instead of local vendors who have never met.
Inside Tamil Nadu we cover all 38 districts. Outside the state, we travel regularly to Pondicherry, Kerala, Bangalore and Goa. Travel and accommodation are always a visible line in the quote, agreed before you pay the advance.

Do you photograph destination weddings outside Chennai?
Yes. Pugaippadam covers all 38 districts of Tamil Nadu — including Mahabalipuram, Ooty, Kodaikanal and Kanyakumari — and travels for destination weddings in Pondicherry, Kerala, Bangalore and Goa.
How is travel charged for a destination wedding?
Outstation travel and accommodation are quoted as a separate, visible line in the quote, agreed before the advance is paid. There is no travel charge for Chennai, Chengalpattu (including Mahabalipuram), Tiruvallur and Kanchipuram.
Can one team handle the whole destination wedding?
Yes. Photography, cinematic film, drone, decor, DJ and sound, LED wall, cold sparklers, 360 booth and event management are delivered by one Pugaippadam team on one contract, which means fewer outside vendors to coordinate in a city you do not live in.
When does the crew arrive for a destination wedding?
The day before the first function, with spare equipment, so there is time for a venue recce and so no one is driving ghat roads or long highways on the morning of a ceremony.
How long does delivery take after a destination wedding?
The same as at home: the full gallery and film within 30 days of the last function, written into the agreement, with a teaser reel usually inside 72 hours.
